You will receive an email with the zoom link to the online video class, once you have booked. 

What you'll need to do

 

Access to Online Classes is via Zoom app.

 

Zoom is a leading software that will allow us to demonstrate to you online via your mobile phones, laptops or tablets.

 

You will need to download the Zoom app if you have not already got this. From experience, I would advise downloading the app a couple of days before the class, so you have it ready to go. You can download the app from the link below.

Our Mat Pilates classes build upon traditional Pilates principles and exercises to create the ultimate Pilates based workout to stretch, strengthen and stabilise. 

 

Mat Pilates 1 classes incorporate all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement and flexibility. The main goals of Pilates Mat classes are improved flexibility, muscle tone & strength, spinal support, lower back health, postural control and body-mind awareness.

 

Pilates is a very effective way to take your fitness to the next level, particularly in building muscle strength and core stability. This is relevant in general fitness and in recovery from injury; Pilates bridges the gap between injury and full physical fitness. Pilates has something for everyone.  

Online Group Mat classes are for general health, fitness and vitality. Clients progress through levels as they become stronger and more proficient with their technique.

What do I need for class?

  • Just a mat and a small towel

  • Some water

What to wear?

  • Leisurewear/sportswear, something comfortable which allows you to move freely.

  • Bare-feet or socks.
