What you'll need to do
Access to Online Classes is via Zoom app.
Zoom is a leading software that will allow us to demonstrate to you online via your mobile phones, laptops or tablets.
You will need to download the Zoom app if you have not already got this. From experience, I would advise downloading the app a couple of days before the class, so you have it ready to go. You can download the app from the link below.

Reformer Pilates provides a full body workout with high intensity and low impact. Our classes aim to compliment your regular fitness activities, creating body awareness and maintenance. The Reformer Pilates system is quite unique as it is a whole body system, which uses the core principals of Concentration, Alignment, Breathing and Core Connection.
The Reformer Machine
The machine comprises of a bed-like frame with a flat carriage which rolls forwards and backwards. Springs are attached to the carriage and can be adjusted to different levels of resistance, depending on what exercise is being performed. There are a limitless selection of exercises, that can be practised in sitting, standing, lying and kneeling positions. Reformers are adjustable for different body sizes and levels of skill.
The reformer machine can help improve strength and flexibility, by facilitating your body to work through an increased range of motion, for more efficient movement day to day.
In-studio & online
In our classical studio 1-1 sessions you will enjoy a tailor made programme for your specific needs and be guided through the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates. These classes are suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
