What you'll need to do

 

Access to Online Classes is via Zoom app.

 

Zoom is a leading software that will allow us to demonstrate to you online via your mobile phones, laptops or tablets.

 

You will need to download the Zoom app if you have not already got this. From experience, I would advise downloading the app a couple of days before the class, so you have it ready to go. You can download the app from the link below.

-Suitable for those New to Pilates /Absolute Beginners / those wishing to get back into practise / exercise

-Duration:  45min Class Weekly

-New Clients: please feel free to contact us for an initial FREE online 20minute consultation before attending the course/book in a 1-1 Private class

Our Mat Pilates classes build upon traditional Pilates principles and exercises to create the ultimate Pilates based workout to stretch, strengthen and stabilise. 

Our Absolute Beginners Course is suitable for those who are new to Pilates, or for anyone who has had a break from practising. An introduction is given to the basics and fundamentals of Pilates practise. Focussing on breathing and form/technique. This class helps complete beginners to build confidence in a safe, calm, supportive and nurturing environment. This is an entry level class, that will teach you the fundamentals of Pilates movement at a steady pace, easing you towards a fitter, stronger, more flexible physique. The class ends with a cool down and relaxation section.

 

Pilates is a very effective way to begin your journey to fitness and also to take your fitness to the next level, particularly in building muscle strength and core stability. This is relevant in general fitness and in recovery from injury; Pilates bridges the gap between injury and full physical fitness. Pilates has something for everyone.  

Online Group Mat classes are for general health, fitness and vitality. Clients progress through levels as they become stronger and more proficient with their technique.

What do I need for class?

  • Just a mat/towel and a small towel

  • Some water

What to wear?

  • Leisurewear/sportswear, something comfortable which allows you to move freely.

  • Bare-feet or socks.
